I've now been using Kaspersky PURE happily for all years and only revived my 2-year subscription. I accepted the Microsoft free offer downloaded and installed Windows 10 successfully, but learned it wasn't quite free. First wiped out all my Retrieval points out of Windows 7, then it killed my Kaspersky. I downloaded Kaspersky 2015 (and 20-16 ) and tried installing them got blocked by Error Message 20-16 - once I followed the series to fix this, Microsoft sent me into the fix-it application, but I heard that Fixit does not yet work with Windows 2010, therefore all of Microsoft's hype concerning testing that was thorough, yadda, yadda, yadda was not accurate. I removed Windows 10 and moved back to Windows-7 and Kaspersky.
